Colura; fotoğrafından kişisel renk analizi yapan, kıyafetlerin sana uyup uymadığını söyleyen, saç rengini ve kıyafetleri sanal olarak denemeni sağlayan bir mobil uygulamadır. Bu metin hangi verileri neden işlediğimizi, kimlerle paylaştığımızı, ne kadar sakladığımızı ve nasıl sildirebileceğini anlatır.
- Renk analizi ve “Üstünde gör” için gönderdiğin fotoğrafları sunucumuzda saklamıyoruz.
- Saç denemesinin sonuç görselleri ile Colura Check’te kontrol ettiğin ve dolabına eklediğin kıyafetlerin küçük görselleri, uygulamada tekrar görebilmen için hesabına bağlı olarak saklanır.
- Saç denemesi sırasında oluşan geçici işlem kopyaları en geç 7 gün içinde otomatik silinir.
- Fotoğraf iznini uygulamadan istediğin an geri çekebilirsin. Hesabını uygulamadan sildiğinde hesabına bağlı veriler silinir (istisnalar aşağıda açıkça yazılı).
- Verilerini reklam için kullanmıyor, satmıyoruz. Fotoğrafların yapay zeka eğitiminde kullanılmaz.

Hesap
Uygulamayı açtığında senin için otomatik olarak anonim bir hesap oluşturulur; adını, e-postanı ya da telefon numaranı istemeyiz. İstersen hesabını Apple veya Google ile bağlayabilirsin. Bu durumda o hesabın bize ilettiği kimlik bilgisi saklanır; Apple ile girişte, paylaşmayı seçersen adın ve e-posta adresin (Apple’ın gizlenmiş adresi dahil) de alınır.

Hukuki sebepler
- Açık rıza: yüz ve boy fotoğraflarının işlenmesi (uygulamada ayrıca onay verirsin; istediğin zaman Profil → Hesap ve Gizlilik → Fotoğraf iznimi geri çek ile geri çekebilirsin. Geri çektiğinde yeni fotoğraf işlenmez; mevcut verilerini de silmek istersen hesabını silebilirsin).
- Sözleşmenin ifası: hesabın, analiz sonuçların, dolabın, abonelik ve satın almaların.
- Meşru menfaat: kötüye kullanımı ve dolandırıcılığı önleme (cihaz tanımlayıcısı, kullanım sınırları), güvenlik ve hizmetin iyileştirilmesi (kullanım kayıtları).
Verilerin paylaşıldığı hizmet sağlayıcılar
Aşağıdaki sağlayıcılar verini yalnızca bize hizmet vermek için işler:
- OpenAI — renk analizi, kıyafet değerlendirmesi ve toplu aktarım, saç rengi ve “Üstünde gör” görsellerinin üretilmesi, sonuçların kalite kontrolü, stilist sohbeti. Yüz, boy ve kıyafet fotoğrafları ile sohbet mesajları gönderilir. OpenAI, API üzerinden gönderilen verileri model eğitimi için kullanmadığını; kötüye kullanımı izlemek amacıyla sınırlı bir süre saklayabileceğini beyan eder.
- Google Cloud — Cloud Vision (saç denemesinde yüz hatlarının bulunması) ve kendi görsel işleme sunucularımız (saç fotoğrafının temizlenmesi, kıyafet arka planının kaldırılması, “Üstünde gör” hazırlığı). Bu sunucular görseli yalnızca bellekte işler, saklamaz.
- Supabase — sunucu, veri tabanı, dosya depolama ve hesap altyapımız.
- Sentry — uygulama çöktüğünde veya bir ekran hata verdiğinde teknik hata raporu: hatanın türü, e-posta ve dosya yolu gibi bilgileri maskelenmiş kısa mesajı, hatanın koddaki yeri, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi ve uygulama sürümü. Fotoğraf, ekran görüntüsü, adın, e-postan veya hesap kimliğin gönderilmez; raporlar en fazla 90 gün saklanır.
- RevenueCat, Apple App Store ve Google Play — abonelik ve satın almalar. Bu sağlayıcılara fotoğraf gönderilmez.
- Apple ve Google — yalnızca bu yöntemlerle giriş yapmayı seçersen.
- Open-Meteo — hava durumu (şehir koordinatı veya gezi yeri adı; seni tanımlayan bir bilgi gönderilmez).
- Trendyol, Hepsiburada, DeFacto, LC Waikiki ve Koton — yalnızca bu mağazalardan bir ürün bağlantısını yapıştırdığında ya da Colura’ya paylaştığında, o ürün sayfası ve görseli sunucumuzdan istenir. Mağazaya seni tanımlayan bir bilgi gönderilmez.
- Serper (Google Alışveriş sonuçları) — AI Stilist’in önerdiği bir parçada “Mağazada bul”a dokunduğunda, yalnızca ürün arama metni (ör. “lacivert blazer erkek”) ve mağaza ülkesi gönderilir; kimliğin, fotoğrafın ya da dolabın gönderilmez. Sonuçlardaki ürün görselleri doğrudan mağazaların/Google’ın sunucularından yüklenir.
Uygulamadaki mağaza bağlantılarından birine dokunursan, o mağaza (ör. Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon) kendi sitesinde bir renk araması açar; bundan sonrası o mağazanın gizlilik politikasına tabidir.
Bu sağlayıcıların bir kısmı yurt dışında bulunduğundan verilerin yurt dışına aktarılır. Fotoğraf işleme için verdiğin açık rıza bu aktarımı da kapsar.
Yapay zeka eğitimi
Fotoğraflarını ve mesajlarını yapay zeka modellerini eğitmek için kullanmıyoruz ve kullandırmıyoruz.
Hesabını ve verilerini silme
Uygulamadan:
- Colura’yı aç ve alttaki Profil sekmesine git.
- Aşağı kaydırıp Hesap ve Gizlilik bölümünü bul.
- Hesabımı ve verilerimi sil satırına dokun ve Kalıcı olarak sil ile onayla.
Uygulamada Profil → Hesabımı ve verilerimi sil (Hesap ve Gizlilik bölümünde) adımını izlediğinde hesabın ve ona bağlı her şey — analiz sonuçların ve geçmişin, profilin, dolabın ve kıyafet görsellerin, saç denemesi görsellerin ve geçici kopyaları, kullanım kayıtların, onay ve geri bildirim kayıtların — kalıcı olarak silinir; telefonundaki uygulama verileri de temizlenir. Bize ayrıca yazmana gerek yoktur.
Uygulamayı sildiysen: Hesabını Apple veya Google ile bağladıysan uygulamayı yeniden kurup aynı hesapla giriş yaparak yukarıdaki adımları izleyebilirsin. Bunu yapamıyorsan destek@colura.app adresine “Hesap silme” konulu bir e-posta gönder; hesabını bulabilmemiz için bağladığın Apple/Google hesabının e-posta adresini ya da biliyorsan davet kodunu yaz. Hesabı doğruladıktan sonra en geç 30 gün içinde siler ve sana haber veririz. Hesabını hiç bağlamadıysan anonim hesabın adını ya da e-postanı içermez; davet kodun gibi bir bilgi olmadan hesabını seninle eşleştiremeyebiliriz.
Silme sonrasında yalnızca şunlar kalır, hiçbiri seninle ilişkilendirilmez:
- Cihaz tanımlayıcısının özeti — kötüye kullanımı önlemek için en fazla 60 gün.
- Mağaza satın alma işlem kimlikleri — aynı satın almanın ikinci kez kullanılmasını önlemek için.
- Kişi içermeyen toplam sayaçlar (ör. günlük toplam maliyet).
- Yapay zeka ara görsellerine ait saç maskeleri — en geç 7 gün içinde otomatik silinir.
Aktif bir aboneliğin varsa, hesabını silmek mağaza aboneliğini iptal etmez; iptal için App Store veya Google Play abonelik ayarlarını kullan. Altyapı sağlayıcılarımızın güvenlik yedeklerinde veriler kısa bir süre daha kalabilir ve bu süre sonunda kendiliğinden silinir.
Çocuklar
Colura 13 yaşın altındaki kullanıcılara yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu yaş grubundan veri toplamayız.
Hakların
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’nun (KVKK) 11. maddesi ve geçerli olduğu yerlerde GDPR kapsamında; verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi isteme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, aktarıldığı taraflar hakkında bilgi alma, işlemeye itiraz etme ve zarara uğraman halinde tazmin talep etme haklarına sahipsin. Taleplerini destek@colura.app adresine iletebilirsin; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’na şikayette bulunma hakkın saklıdır.
Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncellersek bu sayfadaki tarihi değiştiririz. Önemli bir değişiklik olursa uygulama içinde ayrıca bilgilendiririz.

Colura is a mobile app that analyzes your personal color palette from a photo, tells you whether clothes suit you, and lets you try hair colors and outfits virtually. This policy explains what data we process and why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can delete it.
- We don’t store the photos you send for color analysis or “See it on you” on our servers.
- Hair try-on results and small images of clothes you check with Colura Check and add to your closet are stored with your account so you can see them again in the app.
- Temporary processing copies created during hair try-on are deleted automatically within 7 days.
- You can withdraw your photo consent in the app at any time. When you delete your account in the app, the data linked to it is deleted (exceptions are listed clearly below).
- We don’t use your data for advertising and we don’t sell it. Your photos are not used to train AI.

Your account
When you open the app, an anonymous account is created for you automatically; we don’t ask for your name, email or phone number. You can optionally link your account with Apple or Google. In that case we store the identity information that provider shares with us; with Sign in with Apple, your name and email address (including Apple’s private relay address) are also received if you choose to share them.
What we process and why

Legal bases
- Explicit consent: processing of face and full-body photos (you give separate consent in the app and can withdraw it at any time via Profile → Account & Privacy → Withdraw my photo consent. After you withdraw it, no new photos are processed; to delete your existing data too, delete your account).
- Performance of a contract: your account, analysis results, closet, subscription and purchases.
- Legitimate interests: preventing abuse and fraud (device identifier, usage limits), security and improving the service (usage records).
Service providers we share data with
These providers process your data only to provide services to us:
- OpenAI — color analysis, clothing evaluation and bulk import, generating hair color and “See it on you” images, quality checks of results, stylist chat. Face, full-body and clothing photos and chat messages are sent. OpenAI states that it does not use data sent through its API to train its models and may retain it for a limited period to monitor abuse.
- Google Cloud — Cloud Vision (finding facial features for hair try-on) and our own image-processing servers (cleaning up the hair photo, removing clothing backgrounds, preparing “See it on you”). These servers process images in memory only and do not store them.
- Supabase — our server, database, file storage and account infrastructure.
- Sentry — a technical error report when the app crashes or a screen fails: the error type, a short message with details such as email addresses and file paths masked, where in the code it happened, device model, operating system and app version. No photos, screenshots, name, email or account ID are sent; reports are kept for at most 90 days.
- RevenueCat, Apple App Store and Google Play — subscriptions and purchases. No photos are sent to them.
- Apple and Google — only if you choose to sign in with them.
- Open-Meteo — weather (a city coordinate or trip place name; nothing that identifies you).
- Trendyol, Hepsiburada, DeFacto, LC Waikiki and Koton — only when you paste or share a product link from these stores to Colura, our server requests that product page and image. Nothing that identifies you is sent to the store.
- Serper (Google Shopping results) — when you tap “Find in store” on an item the AI Stylist suggests, only the product search text (e.g. “navy blazer men”) and the store country are sent; not your identity, photos or closet. Product images in the results load directly from the stores’/Google’s servers.
If you tap one of the store links in the app, that store (e.g. Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon) opens a color search on its own site; from then on, that store’s privacy policy applies.
Some of these providers are located outside your country, so your data is transferred abroad. Your explicit consent to photo processing also covers this transfer.
AI training
We don’t use your photos or messages to train AI models, and we don’t allow others to.
Deleting your account and data
In the app:
- Open Colura and go to the Profile tab at the bottom.
- Scroll down to the Account & Privacy section.
- Tap Delete My Account & Data and confirm with Delete Permanently.
When you go to Profile → Delete My Account & Data (in the Account & Privacy section) in the app, your account and everything linked to it — your analysis results and history, profile, closet and clothing images, hair try-on images and their temporary copies, usage records, consent and feedback records — are permanently deleted, and the app data on your phone is cleared. You don’t need to contact us separately.
If you’ve uninstalled the app: if you linked your account with Apple or Google, you can reinstall the app, sign in with the same account and follow the steps above. If you can’t, email destek@colura.app with the subject “Account deletion” and include the email address of the Apple/Google account you linked, or your invite code if you know it, so we can find your account. Once we verify it, we delete it within 30 days and let you know. If you never linked your account, your anonymous account contains no name or email; without something like your invite code we may not be able to match it to you.
After deletion, only the following remain, none of them linked to you:
- The fingerprint of your device identifier — for at most 60 days, to prevent abuse.
- Store purchase transaction IDs — to prevent the same purchase from being used twice.
- Aggregate counters that contain no personal data (e.g. total daily cost).
- Hair masks of intermediate AI images — deleted automatically within 7 days.
If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Data may remain in our infrastructure providers’ security backups for a short time and is deleted automatically after that period.
Children
Colura is not intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect data from them.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion, learn which parties it was transferred to, object to processing, and claim compensation for damages. Send your requests to destek@colura.app; we reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Changes
If we update this policy, we change the date on this page. For significant changes we also notify you in the app.
